Randy Toltz

Randy is a Colorado native, with 10 plus years of real estate experience. He has been involved in many activities and organizations centered around community, kids' school, church and athletics. Randy has been selling real estate since the late 90's and prior to that, he spent almost twenty years as a marketing and management consultant and real estate investor, many years of which were spent living and working in Central America. Randy is bilingual. He and his wife, Kim have five children (two grown) and are living and working in Costa Rica full time.
