I have over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry (including brokerage) as a listing broker and buyer’s representative, tenant representation and landlord representation in successful lease up projects. I’ve successfully represented investors in acquisitions and dispositions of investment property.

I’m also experienced in asset and property management of income producing property, as well as having been responsible for over eight million in assets including income producing properties. I have an extensive background in the automotive industry in all phases of service labor and parts sales in authorized dealership management, including dealer development for nearly 25 years.

I currently serve as a Senior Advisor with Coast|Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors in Vancouver, Washington. I’m licensed to sell and lease commercial real estate in Washington State.

I’m an investor myself with a portfolio of properties valued at over three million dollars. I sit on the Board of Directors for the Roosevelt Hotel Building in Portland, Oregon. The Roosevelt was the original luxury hotel in Portland and is now a designated historic building.
