Whenever you see it written out word for word like this, it is much more frightening:

'I personally believe that U.S. Americans are not able to do this because, uh, a number of people available within our country don't have maps. And I believe that our education, like, such as in South Africa and the Iraq, everywhere, like such as, and I believe that they need to, our education over in the U.S. Must help the U.S. or should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to develop our future for our children.'

I am thinking she might have gotten left out.
