Hi, I’m Rubelyn but friends and teammates often just call me Ruby. I’ve spent nearly a decade building my career at Infosys BPM in Alabang, where I currently work as a Quality Analyst. Before that, I was in the trenches of several BPO companies, providing technical support for U.S.-based service providers. It’s been a journey of learning, growth, and more than a few “Why isn’t this working?” moments.

Outside the 9-to-5, I wear many hats literally and figuratively. I’m a proud co-owner of a baby clothing online retail business that I started with my best friend (yes, we still like each other after launch!). When I’m not doing QA reviews or handling business orders, you’ll likely find me in the kitchen whipping up a dish or experimenting with baking cakes are my next conquest when time finally decides to cooperate. Cooking, I must say, is one of the talents I truly take pride in.

Though I’m naturally an introvert, I can flip the switch and bring the energy when needed especially at work. I used to play guitar and dabble in beginner piano (yes, I still need to look up chords), and while I sing, let’s just say no concert invitations are expected. Yet.

As a Libra woman, I strive for balance even when work-life chaos tries to tip the scale. But what keeps me grounded is one of my core beliefs, a quote that I live by:

“We have to be greater than what we suffer.”

Music is a huge part of my life old, new, in-between. I don’t trust anyone who says they don’t like ‘90s music. Come on, that decade raised legends! But I also appreciate how today’s music continues to evolve and speak to this generation. We don’t have to choose we can vibe to both TLC and Taylor Swift.

In short, I’m a QA by profession, a multitasker by nature, and a creative at heart. And if you ever need someone to audit a case, cook you dinner, talk about astrology, or debate pop music across the decades I’m your girl. 👩🏻‍🍳🎶⚖️
