I’ve spent the last 20+ years in End-User Computing, Digital Workspaces, GPUs, Infrastructure, DaaS, Cloud PC, and the technologies that help people work better from anywhere.

Today, I’m VP Product & Field CTO at Dizzion where I help shape product strategy, market direction, alliances, communities, partners and customer conversations around DaaS, Cloud PC, Workspace AI, secure digital workspaces, hybrid multi-cloud, remoting protocols, user experience, and the future of work.

What I enjoy most is connecting the dots, making things practical, and getting work done.

Between technology and business value.

Between product strategy and real customer needs.

Between what is possible today and where the market is heading next.

I’m a technologist at heart, but I’m not interested in technology for technology’s sake.

I care about what it enables: better experiences, more secure access, simpler operations, and more freedom for people and organizations.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to be part of several amazing journeys. I was CTO at Frame, which was acquired by Nutanix and later Dizzion. I’ve written five books and co-founded and contributed to community and research initiatives including DaaS Like a Pro, GO-EUC, Project VRC, TeamRGE, AppVirtGURU and the EUC Hexagrid.

I’ve traveled and presented 450+ sessions globally at events including Microsoft TechEd/Ignite, ExpertsLive, NVIDIA GTC, Citrix Synergy, VMware Explore, Gartner Catalyst, and BriForum. I’m proud to be recognized as a 17-year Microsoft MVP and NVIDIA GRID Community Advisor, and I previously had the honor of being a Citrix CTP and VMware vExpert for many years.

My real value has always been in the conversations with the customers, the partners, community and the people willing to challenge each other to make this industry better.

My main areas of focus are EUC, DaaS, VDI, Cloud PC, secure digital workspaces, Workspace AI, Digital Employee Experience, GPU-enabled workloads, remoting protocols, enterprise browsers, hybrid multi-cloud, and product strategy.

Outside of work, I’m a husband, father, Christian, Dutchman, motorcycle enthusiast, CrossFit and fitness fan. Life has taught me a lot about resilience, faith, humor, and the importance of community.
