Best looking I28 on the Bay. New LPU cabin and decks, new standing and running rigging. Mast has new Awlgrip epoxy paint. Very dependable Volvo diesel with new valve job. Recent haul out and bottom paint. Sails in excellent condition.

Rigging
Running rigging completed _2009.

Deck and Topside
painted 2012 with Awlgrip. . .Sanded boad deck and Epoxy primed with 3 coats. Applied 2 part epoxy and 1 par Awlgrip. Rolled and Tipped 4 coats on the deck.

HULL- (Hauled out at San Rafeal Boat Works, Matthew Bulter at Yard knows owner and boat)
Hauled and painted 2012. 9 Blisters were repaired in 2006 haul out/paint. In 2012, only 1 blister was found, repaired. Opened blisters with knife and epoxied.

MAST
Took off mast and epoxy painted in 2009
MAST STEP
Deflection in mast in 2007 (cabin is depress a bit) Took out mast and added 3 inches to touch keel. Welded, glassed and ironwood?? Maybe need a little more help with description, perhaps you can show me so I can describe better.

Hot Water
Professionally installed Hot water heater and Water pump. Date unknown.

Refrigerator
New Fridge, can freeze ice

Tankage:
80 gallons of Fresh Water Date unknown??...a previous owner sailed to Mexico.

ENGINE (Volvo MD7B)
Valve Job and Corrosion cleaning, 2010. Professionally. . .engine ran warm. . .mechanic removed water jacket corrosion. Pulled head and grounded and seated the valves.

DIESEL TANKS:
Removed and polished 2009
