Rubin Cuffee

Rubin Cuffee is a business and life coach who helps early and mid-career professionals achieve professional, family and life goals. Rubin began coaching in 2001, helping young professionals assimilate and thrive in the corporate, government and private workplaces. Rubin, an influential and compelling coach, has a gift for inspiring his clients to live their lives on purpose; inviting them to explore new possibilities, discover their passions, and make critical changes to achieve their potential and realize their dreams.

Prior to formalizing his coaching practice, Rubin spent over 30 years in the federal government and corporate America where he held senior leadership and management positions, and fulfilled corporate trainer and workshop facilitator roles. He consistently achieved the highest rating as coach and mentor for high potential employees in a leadership development program.

Rubin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Norfolk State University. He received certification from the School of Coaching Mastery to practice as a Certified Competent Coach. Rubin is member of the International Association of Coaching virtual Chapter. Today Rubin offers a select range coaching programs and services, from customized individual coaching sessions to seminars that meet the specific needs of his clients.
