Originally a Bodyworker by trade, I've found a way to make a living doing what I love... traveling the world to teach dance. While I'm based in the world of partner dance, from Blues to Jazz, I use principles from Somatics, Laban Movement Analaysis and Franklin Method to inform my work. My personal practices of Iyengar Yoga and Strength training allow me to bring a variety of perspectives to my trade.

In my off time, I study nutrition, biochemistry and neurology and I play the drums.

Rhythm is my religion, and Bicycle is my political perspective.
