Ruby Kvalheim
Behaviour Change Coach and Project Manager in London
Hi, I’m Ruby.
After gaining my Coaching Foundation in 2016, I qualified as a Relational Dynamics Coach (ILM Level 7) in 2023. I am currently in the middle of studying a year-long trauma-informed Compassionate Inquiry training, so offering a number of clients a free series of 50minute Coaching sessions in return for feedback. If you have a challenge you’d like support with, please get in touch, I'd love to find a way to help you.
Why Compassionate Inquiry coaching?
If you're feeling stuck, and would like to find a way to move forwards with an issue, I can help. A coaching session involves being truly listened to, exploring a safe, confidential, reflective space to think. Helping you work through a difficult situation in your life and understand and befriend your behaviour patterns.
By asking incisive questions, I work to boost self-compassion and resilience for any challenges or periods of transition in your life, no matter how big or small.
Why you, why now?
You may have an issue / question to bring to our session to work through together, something you’re looking to shift or develop. Or maybe just a sense that you know something needs to change, even if you don’t know quite what that is! And now is a time you’re willing to reflect, and maybe even take action. I will help hold you accountable to making progress on your goals or let go of behaviour patterns standing in your way.
What can I help with?
Confidence and resilience; behaviour change; wellbeing and self care; career development, transitions and challenges; working with shame / the inner critic; managing stress and anxiety; and more.
Why work with me?
In addition to my core coaching qualification, I also have a Foundation in Gestalt Coaching, am trained in Climate Change Coaching Mastery, with a Certificate in Therapeutic Coaching Practice. This is supported by 14 years’ management experience in the non-profit sector where I am particularly committed to supporting social and climate justice causes, and the incredible people driving them. I'm passionate about promoting wellbeing, and facilitating lasting positive behaviour change in my teams, audience and clients. And in my spare time I can get geeky about arts, board games, and music.
I have a PGDip in Sustainability and Adaptation Planning, certificates in Mindfulness-Based Self Compassion and Stress Reduction, Association for Coaching Membership, and Professional Indemnity insurance. My full LinkedIn bio is here.
