I have worked in new construction opening 31 Buildings in NYC. Tribeca is my area of expertise. I am currently consulying on Sustainable Living to New and existing Developers to help them teach their residents how to live while saving resources, and in turn they can apply for Government Benefits to give insentive to convert to Green/Sustainable Living Properties.

I have a Passion for New Construction and am eager to go back to opening and training Developers and Staff on creating Value Living Green!
