Rudolf Schirmer (born on July 8, 1989) is a young Ghanaian Businessman, Investor and Global Business Owner. He is the Executive Chairman of The Schirmers Group, Inc., a U.S. based holdings company established to control and manage companies including Augson Global, Format Builders & Contractor, The Schirmer Investments, RUGOTECand RUGO Energy.

Background

Born in Accra, he grew up in Kumasi with an amazing and supportive family who supported his interests in arts and entertainment at an early age. At age of 12, he was writing novels and poems and acting in some local movies in Ghana. He stayed with his parents and four siblings.

He attended St Hubert Seminary in Kumasi, and enrolled into the Catholic University of Ghana to study economics and business administratio.

Career

With an entrepreneurial mindset and vision to partner in the development of Ghana at an early age, he started a number of business activities and initiatives at age 17 right after senior high school, which included film production, and importation of consumable and non-consumable goods. Many challenges were met, and failures faced, but through innovative means, hard work and determination, he was able to thrive and re-organized his activities in 2014 into a limited liability company, Augson Global.
