Hello, I am a Rudy Barthelemy, Investment Banker and Management Consultant.

I am a specialist in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions due diligence & analysis, capital raising (debt & equity), management financial reporting, board of directors and investor packages, KPI analysis, valuation analysis (discounted cash flow, comparable analysis), etc.

I have over 15 years of experience as a management consultant and investment banker working with high growth public and private companies. As an investment banker (Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital, Bear Stearns) I worked in mergers & acquisitions and leveraged finance providing financing and advisory services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. As a management consultant I’ve worked primarily for the CFO or CEO on projects in financial planning & analysis (budgeting, financial reporting, metrics dashboards, board presentations, investor presentations, operational reporting) and corporate development (m&a due diligence and analysis). I have worked with start-ups as well as public and private companies in a wide variety of industries including: technology, telecom, software, SaaS, digital media, consumer products, apparel, health & beauty, oil & gas, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, etc.
