Ruel Williamson is CEO/President of Mind Pearl LLC, a consultancy providing services to domestic and foreign governments, private technology corporations, and private equity companies.
After launching Mind Pearl, Ruel spent two years at The World Bank Group in Nairobi, Kenya as a Senior Technical Consultant, where he orchestrated consulting projects to support the organization’s goal of providing financial and technical support services for developing countries. Prior to The World Bank Group, Ruel held the position of Senior Director, Tax and Accounting at Thomson Reuters, where he built the company’s international public-sector practice from the ground up.
Previously, Ruel was President, Tax & Appraisal at Tyler Technologies, Vice President at Novalis Technologies; and Chief Operating Officer at Cole Layer Trumble Company. During his early career, he was the Director of Real Estate for the Indiana State Board of Tax Commissions and an Audit & Compliance Appraiser at the Kansas Department of Revenue.
Ruel has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Emporia State University.
