Ruffina Silva

My name is Ruffina Silva and I am a Seaver College alumni. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, and minored in Applied Mathematics while studying at Pepperdine.

I had the opportunity to study abroad for an entire year so I am fluent in English, Spanish, and French; a great advantage when carrying out a business deal.

I am currently interning for an upcoming company. I worked as the district manager for The Power Factory my senior year of high school and throughout my four years of college as well. During my time as assistant manager I raised overall sales by 40% by reorganizing our design to be more appealing, as well as ordering new products that would meet customers wants and needs

I have plentiful customer experience and am phenomenal when it comes to customer interaction. I was on the speech and debate team for four years while I was in college so my ability to communicate is great.

I am a very friendly person. I am confident and outgoing: the epitome of an extrovert, and a leader. I am looking to gain new skills and demonstrate my ability to lead in a larger company.
