As a member of Symantec's Diversity & Inclusion team, I develop and implement strategies, policies and programs to help employees from a rich variety of gender, age, nationality and ethnic backgrounds bring their most creative selves to work.
Prior to Symantec, I ran a legal nonprofit that applied research in the fields of law, technology and international development. I focused on ways in which communications technologies (internet, social media, mobile technologies) can be used to improve the reach and engagement of nonprofits with both target populations and target audiences.
