Rui Marques

Hey! I was born on 21st August in Porto, where I currently live. I started playing the bass when I was 10 years old and 2 years ago, I joined a band with some of my buddies on which we only perform Pink Floyd (british rock band formed in 1965) covers and very rarely some other songs.

We have a good chemistry between us but I am looking for something more. I lead vocals in some songs in our repertoire but my strongest points is song-writing and concept creation.

I am keen on every possibility offered, and I will answer quickly and effectively to every one of them. I am also quite receptive to invites from other countries, however, a permanent move won't be accepted as I am currently a student and I have to attend classes. A possible period for that situation would be on Summer (July and August).

I fluently speak Portuguese, English and Spanish. I also speak some bits of French and Italian.

I currently possess an Harley Benton Precision Bass (Standard Series) and an Harley Benton amplifier combo 20W.
