International Entrepreneur in Network Marketing, a researcher, author and personal excellence trainer, Rui Silva has, over the past 20 years, devoted his life to identify and describe the universal principles to be "excellent", most of these years was devoted to analyze, identify, classify, test, organize and summarize a general philosophy of how anyone can get to personal fulfillment, well-being, wealth and excellence.
