Completed his 5-year graduation in 1997 in Information Systems Engineering at Universidade Técnica de Lisboa – Instituto Superior Técnico. He started his professional career in Siemens in 1997 as a software developer; In 1999 he joined OniTelecom, reaching a Team Management position a couple of years later. In 2005 he joined the Portugal Telecom group, having held different responsibilities: Product Manager, Project Manager, R&D Manager and Cloud Services Development Manager. Rui Sousa Pedro is currently working as UX Strategy Consultant and Business Unit Manager at Tangível, a Human-Centered Services company in Portugal.
