Rujul Joshi is a passionate and confident individual who brings structural clarity to complex ideas. An Architect with a post-graduation degree in Masters of Planning and Public Policy from CEPT university, he has worked as technical personnel, at various organization of repute in India. Throughout the span of 9 years of work till date, he has gained a vast professional experience, by close involvement, across the project cycle, right from planning up to closure, with his portfolio, tallying to over 3.5 billion INR as combined project cost. This includes sectors as transportation, urban design and development, tourism and heritage in specific. He has a strong hold at project development and project finance and holds membership at the Project Management Institute, USA and Ahmedabad Management Association, Ahmedabad, Institute of Town Planners, New Delhi and licensed architect with council of architecture CoA, India. He has represented UMC at various workshops and seminars related to urban development projects and presently preparing to become a Certified Project Management Professional PMP® from PMI®, USA owing to professional skill up gradation and out of love for projects.
