Hola, mundo! I'm Nixy, a 30-something ambivert residing in Ontario, Canada. I'm a writer, blogger and photographer. My focus is on human rights, reducing the stigma surrounding mental health as well as helping others continue to focus on their passions (whether it's writing, art, whatever yours may be) despite the struggles that may try and hinder them.

My own life has been turned upside down from bullying, cyberbullying, mental illness, addiction and ADHD. I'm here to help others see their potential, even on the days that symptoms are making you feel unfocused, dragged down and as if it's impossible to do anything.
