Rumishael Ulomi

Rumishael C. Ulomi is a highly skilled HR and Administrative professional with over 15 years of cross-functional leadership experience in Human Resources, Leadership, and Office Management. He currently serves as the Head of Human Resource & Administration at Arise Community School, where he has provided dedicated leadership and strategic oversight for over seven years. His professional background is uniquely complemented by his commitment to faith-based community service, including his leadership role at Sikio Sikivu Ministries and his long-standing volunteer work as an Administrator and Application Advisor for WorkFaith, where he provides coaching for those seeking long-term employment.

His academic credentials bridge the gap between business acumen and theological depth, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Faith Leads University, a Master of Arts in Theology (MA) from Faithful Baptist College, and both a Bachelor of Divinity (BD) and a Bachelor of Christian Leadership (B.CL) with a Christian Business Major from Christian Leaders College. Additionally, he is a certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA), a distinction that strengthens his expertise in financial planning and literacy education.

Prior to his current tenure at Arise Community School, Rumishael developed his management expertise through roles at Light in Africa Children’s homes and Torchbear Co. Ltd, a tourism and hospitality company. His early career also included time as a vocal coach at Heavenly Vocal & Music School and an internship at the Tanzania Power Supply Company (TANESCO). Throughout his career, he has utilized his experience to serve multiple generations from diverse walks of life, assisting clients in identifying their goals and taking the necessary steps to achieve them within the realms of nonprofits, human services, and practical entrepreneurship.

Driven by a mission to empower and unleash human potential to a level of conscious co-creation and authentic relating, Rumishael enjoys serving the Lord through his daily professional work. He views his career as a vital opportunity to perform good works and engage spiritually with the community he serves. He is happily married and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their four children, as well as exploring new ideas, teaching, and watching action films.
