Throughout both my studies at Duke and into my professional career, I have been keenly focused on the discovery and commercialization of innovative technologies in the medical and life sciences space, starting with our own venture-backed start-up, Urova Medical, and later on at IBM Watson and now in Watson Health.

As Watson Health's offering manager for its Cognitive Health platform, I am specifically interested in the application of Cognitive technology in uncovering the immense amount of clinical insights hidden in more than 80% of the clinical data that is unstructured and rarely leveraged in the decision-making process.
