I love big, laugh often, work hard and enjoy life with a good cup (or two) of strong, black coffee! I'm on a mission to inspire the world to enjoy a healthy, whole, and happy life. I run a few, long miles with a handful of marathons here and there, read to enrich the mind, and eat copious amounts of peanut butter. Most importantly I can't live my life for anyone else but the Lord and His will for my life! I am blessed with one amazing little guy, a hubby who would do anything for me, an incredible family from all backgrounds, and good health.
