Runze Tian

Runze Tian is a senior public relations and advertising major student. He will graduate in December, 2016. Currently, Runze is a features writer for the Talon News, a weekly online newspaper publication at Oklahoma Christian University. He is also a director for Chinese Night, an annual culture celebration event.

Runze joined the Talon News in 2015. He writes weekly feature stories and conducts interviews with students, faculty and professionals. He is also working in the university dining services as a part-time student employee. Previously, Runze worked as journalist and editor in CNWest, an online news media outlet in China. He also achieved the Honor of the Top 10 campus journalist from Shaanxi TV Station in China.

Runze is an international student representative. He engages with Oklahoma Christian University Student Government Association to help and promote multicultural activities on campus. Runze also serves as the Head of the Multicultural Committee in the Student Government Association.

Runze is ready to get into the field of public relations and advertising. Runze would like to gain more knowledge in this field.
