Hi there,

How did I learn about Customer Experience, Customer Journey Maps and Brand Experiences? I completed a Masters in Design Management. I interpreted what I learnt in the lecture halls and used my own business as an experimental ground to run mini tests on a various products and services, "Build, Measure, Learn"

Currently, I'm looking for internships, networking and placement opportunities within Communications. I am open to different areas from technology, brands, digital, through to food.

I wish to get a range of experience, get my brains out there and articulate my thoughts and skills. Please take a look at a few case studies I've uploaded on Slideshare - the aim of the studies is to bridge the gaps between theory and practice.

I have experience in working in visual design, editorial, branding and identity. Having a mix of design and business skills, I believe it's given me a good understanding of how different departments can work well together holistically and not act as silos, to create rewarding products, services and experiences for brands, clients and customers.
