Rupin Hemant Banker

Founder & Investor

Rupin Banker is a global businessman, private investor and infrastructure finance specialist with more than 30 years of experience working across international markets. Over the years, he has built business interests across Asia, the Middle East and Europe, with a strong track record in project finance, global trade and large-scale infrastructure development.

He is the founder of Strategic Global Alliance, The Banker Group and Royal Fort Infracom General Trading LLC, and leads a diverse portfolio of businesses focused on financial advisory, supply chain solutions and strategic investment. His work often involves bringing together governments, institutional investors and private sector partners to help move complex deals and major projects forward.

Strategic Global Alliance

Through Strategic Global Alliance, Rupin provides advisory services in infrastructure finance and public-private partnerships. The firm works with governments and developers to help structure and deliver major infrastructure projects, particularly in emerging markets across South Asia and Southeast Asia. Over time, his leadership has supported significant infrastructure investment activity in countries such as India, Indonesia and Thailand.

Royal Fort Infracom General Trading

He also founded Royal Fort Infracom General Trading LLC, a Dubai-based company established in 2012. The business specialises in procurement, logistics and materials supply for multinational companies and large industrial projects across the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Its work supports both fast-growing economies and wider regional development plans.

The Banker Group

Alongside this, Rupin leads The Banker Group, a privately held investment and holding company with interests across real estate, venture capital and global financial markets. The group is also involved in philanthropic and social impact work in the UK, India and Southeast Asia.

Coming from a long-established entrepreneurial family, Rupin Banker represents the third generation in business leadership. He began his career in India managing large-scale timber and plywood operations, where he was responsible for a workforce of more than 3,000 employees at an early stage in his career. That hands-on experience helped shape his understanding of international trade, supply chain management and long-term business growth.
