When I was six, my mum took me to an audition to be the new Milky Bar Kid. Having made it through to the final five blonde, bespectacled kids, the advertising judges chose none of us and stuck with the original kid. Thus ended my dreams of Hollywood movie stardom and a life of luxury.

Now older and wiser, however, I realise that the glamorous world of marketing was my true calling all along. It’s funny how things work out.

I have a decade of professional experience, working for organisations including Deloitte, SeaWeb, and Carbon Credentials.
