I am a college professor at Saint Leo University where I have the privilege of pursuing two of my passions:
1) Teaching
2) Researching the balance between work and life
My research on work-life balance has been published via the Harvard Business Review and has been mentioned in such popular-press outlets as NBC News, CNBC, USA Today, Fast Co., Inc., Runner's World, Prevention, and the Huffington Post.
In addition, I have had the opportunity to publish research on work-life balance in high-quality academic journals (e.g., Human Resource Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior) and present at academic conferences such as the Academy of Management and Southern Management Association.
