- As an Account Executive to National Representative to Sales Manager and President & General Manger, he has been recognized numerous times for his teams’ accomplishments including Sacramento’s Advertising executive of the year, and top finalist for Gannett’s Manager of the year among 50,000 employees.

COMMUNITY: A team player, goal oriented, community focused business contributor.
- Co-Founder/coach Granite Bay Youth Lacrosse, Board Member NCJLA, Chair of Eureka Schools Foundation Golf tournament.
- Russell played Lacrosse at Hobart College and earned recognition as A Team of Distinction
