Strong sales discipline and sales transformation has been developed through a number of business integrations, including Compaq’s acquisition of Digital Equipment Corporation with oversight of the integration of the Digital and Compaq Reseller network and sales team. Russell was the sales director that led the sales transformation program, integrating the sales teams of Hewlett Packard and Compaq in 2003.
He has excellent customer relationship skills with a focus on customer outcomes and satisfaction. Russell possesses highly developed situational and inspirational leadership skills honed through executive development programs.
Russell has a wealth of executive board and volunteer experience over the past 10 years, having served on the Computer Information Advisory Board to the Queensland Government and with other Government and community service organizations in the areas of information and communication, business development, and community services.
