Based in Columbia, SC, Russell Campbell is a longtime human resources and management professional. He has consulting experience with three major HR management firms: MGT of America, Inc.; Maximus, Inc.; and Evergreen Solutions, LLC. Russell Campbell has overseen the development and design of retention and recruitment plans, and best practices programs. He has also set in place performance evaluation programs.

Most recently, Mr. Campbell served as chief operating officer with the multi-practice law firm Moore Law Firm, LLC, in Sumter, South Carolina. In this position, he guided all administrative functions for the firm - such as finance, human resources while guiding technology improvement efforts and undertaking efforts to improve retention and recruiting capacities.

Mr. Campbell previously held COO responsibilities with the Richland Community Health Care Association Inc. Working on behalf of the private non-profit organization, he led expansion efforts, launched an electronic medical records system, and implemented new patient service initiatives. His community involvement includes past service as a member of the Babcock Center board of directors, and supporting other non-profits such as Habitat for Humanity and the Oliver Gospel Mission.
