Russell Heflich

Over the past three decades, Russell Heflich has developed a reputation for excellence in the field of hospitality design and construction, and earned a number of honors and distinctions for his work. Managing his own business, Russell Heflich regularly oversees 15 employees, between 10 and 20 sub-contractors, and daily operations. Dedicated to delivering the highest quality service, acts as the primary contact person for all jobs and assumes the role of project architect at all sites. Russell Heflich guides the development of each project from beginning to end, consistently checking with clients to ensure satisfaction. At the end of each construction, he also secures the final certificate of occupancy. He has completed more than 1,000 jobs working in New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and the South. Russell Heflich’s projects have included catering facilities, private and chain restaurants, country clubs, and diners. Early in his career, he also designed and built car dealerships and thoroughbred horse farms. A devoted family man, Russell Heflich remains actively involved in the lives of his three adult children. He enjoys spending time with his loved ones and remains active by taking his dogs for hikes and cutting his own firewood. He takes camping and snowmobiling trips in New York and Canada. A sports fan, he supports his local New York teams, including the Knicks and the Mets, as well as the Miami Dolphins. Within his local community, Russell Heflich donates food, clothing, and other resources to local charities, schools, and churches. He also partners with his bank to provide holiday parties and gifts to those in need.
