A lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore area, Russell LeChard is an Information Technology Specialist with 25 years of experience who has had a very successful career with United States Army Garrison located at Fort Monmouth,NJ and now just recently at Joint Base Mcguire-Dix-Lakehurst.

Between 1989 and 2011 Russell was an award winning Information Technology Specialist with the United States Army Garrison located at Fort Monmouth until its closure in 2011. Throughout his 22 civilian career, He consistently obtained the highest level in yearly performance appraisals. Russell was able to accomplish this despite having Cerebral Palsy( he walks with a cane and has slight speech impediment.)

Russell has also had support from my immediate family, his wife Cynthia, and numerous wonderful friends, coworkers, and other colleagues.

Besides being an Uber technology & gadget geek, Russell's other interests include baseball, football, Nascar racing, Science fiction, Audible.com Audiobooks, listening to technology podcasts, Lego Building Sets, & time spent with his wife Cynthia & five year old son Evan Russell.

Since the closing of Fort Monmouth in 2011, Russell has unfortunately not been able to find full time employment in his career field of Information Technology. Even though he is extremely frustrated with his situation, he continues to be hopeful to seek employment in his local area.
