As founder and CEO of Titan Manufacturing and Distributing, Inc., Russell Raynor Robinson has built the company into one of the highest-grossing retailers online. He has brought the company to prominence as one of the Internet's 30 fastest-growing online retailers in each of the last five years, and in 2015, he led the company as it exceeded the 500th largest seller in annual revenue. Also dedicated to the company's physical expansion, Russell Raynor Robinson has already opened three distribution centers and intends to reach 1 million square feet of space with the company's fourth center before 2019.

He started Titan as a one-man operation in 2006 and began building his team several years later. Since that time, he has cultivated a company culture of collaboration, service, and humility. He encourages his team to feel like a family and to build positive and open communication, so that together they can optimize their resources and exceed customers' expectations.

An alumnus of the undergraduate business administration program at the University of Mississippi, Russell Raynor Robinson has continued his education as an executive. He has undertaken executive coaching through Vistage and completed the Tony Robins Business Mastery program.
