Russell Taylor

London

Russell started out, documenting the lives of various family members at the age of 8 with an empty pot-noodle container. Much bullying and several hundred dead-arms later he ended up at Bournemouth Film School. Then a short-lived career in the film industry working on Band of Brothers, Captain Corelli's Mandolin, Enemy at the Gates and Entrapment. He went on to run a Casting Studio in the centre of London which was the venue for casting movies including the Pirates of the Caribbean Trliogy, Shakespeare in Love, Constantine and King Arthur.

Some time after, Russell was nominated for the Soho Rushes Newcomers Award for short film 'Office Party' and started a production company in France called The Geek Factory producing viral content for agencies in Geneva and the UK.

Of late, moved back to London and directed 'Murder Wife' a play written by the Bafta winning writer John Foster.
