I built this BIO over 15 years ago. It's amazing to see how life has progressed. Fast forward to present, I now own Rooftech and manage it with my wife Teresa. Take a look below at my younger self….

I've spent the last 18 months obtaining a bachelors degree in Business and Operations Management, (Which I have now completed with a 4.0 GPA) while working as a general manager for RoofTech Consulting Group. They told me it was not possible to obtain a4 year degree in 18 months; well, I do love a challenge and I have done so. I worked my career backwards and went after experience first and schooling second. I have 15 years of experience in business operations, including Project Management, Director of Operations, Chief Operations Officer, VP of Operations, and CEO. I have directed and operated a few different companies and have an entrepreneurs heart. I love working with, training, and coaching individuals. Watching others grow and excel always brings a smile to my face. I have a passion for motivational speaking and love to speak in groups.

I have a beautiful wife, a precious princess for a daughter, and two twin tanks for boys. I love my family and spend every moment I can with them. They have been a tremendous support base for me, and I could not have accomplished what I have without them.

My interests are long walks on the beach, well, scratch that, too much sun! I enjoy long hikes in the mountains, anything outdoors, fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, sports, family time, and playing risk and monopoly, that is if someone dares play board games with me. I am very competitive, yet fun loving with it as well. I win, and lose, with dignity and my chin held steady.
