Rustam Magamat is chairman and CEO of InterContinental Trading Group Incorporated, the multinational company in producing, trading, consulting and partnerships that help people and businesses realize their goals and needs.

In Istanbul during his master education Magamat established his first partnership. His first investment was in jewelry and accessories sector. Mihrimah Bijuteri and Victoria Venti brands were good known in Turkish market. During several years Magamat was performing his enterprises in spot and retail markets. In 2009 he established new worldwide organization by combining 4 in first step and then increased up to 12 offices around the world. Cooperating with global partners newly established ITCO Global became Internationally known company with global locations in Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, United States of America, Africa and the main country Turkey. ITCO Global consists from BARYS Int. CASPIOIL, CASPIO, InterBijuteri, INTERCON, InterAjans and Korfez Gıda, which giving services in different sectors with different corporate profiles and cultures.
