Rusty Foster is a seasoned expert in public relations, fundraising and event management. He has actively secured five and six figure gifts for both nonprofit and political organizations. In addition, Rusty has experience in partnering with C-Suite donors and clients, board of director relations and volunteer management. He has placed clients on national and regional media, and has groomed them in persuasively telling their story. He has partnered with several local and regional nonprofits to help them design and control their message.

Rusty is a life long resident of Loudoun County, Virginia, is a product of the Loudoun County Public Schools, is active with the Hampden-Sydney College Alumni Association, is Chairman of the Board of the YMCA Loudoun County, serves as Vice-Chairman of the Leesburg Commission on Public Art, serves as Chairman of the Loudoun County Family Services Advisory Board, and is a Trustee of the Loudoun Education Foundation. He put himself through both Hampden-Sydney College and the George Washington University, and is the first in his family to graduate from college.

He was named the 2016 "Young Professional of the Year" by the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, the 2015 "Northern Virginian of the Year" by Northern Virginia Magazine, and one of Loudoun County's top "40 Under 40" in 2013 by Leesburg Today.
