Ruth Kotler holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration and a Masters in Teaching and Learning. I have nearly twenty years experience in PK-12 education. My area of expertise is in rapidly increasing the achievement of urban students. I currently am employed as an Adjunct Professor at Western Michigan University
