Three days a week I'm CEO of Abortion Support Network, providing support for pregnant people who need to travel from Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man to access abortion care.

The rest of the time I'm expanding my portfolio of consultancy.

I have extensive technical expertise in the field of SRHR and VAWG, with a focus on abortion and ending female genital cutting. In the past I've developed and delivered grassroots social change programmes and workshops in East and West Africa, working with multi-generational and mixed gender groups, and organisations ranging in size from micro-local to multi-country. I have experience of developing strategic advocacy and influencing programmes resulting in high-level financial and policy commitments from governments and the UN.

I'm also a qualified coach, mentor, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, and trained in Clean Language, with extensive experience of organisational development and change, from diverse sectors.

I'm passionate about social change, human rights, and supporting people and teams to be the best they can to deliver exciting, important and revolutionary work.

I'm Trustee of LivLife, regular runner-volunteer with GoodGym.
