My name is Ruth Hirshberg (M.S.W., R.S.W.). I became a social worker because I was always drawn to helping people through tough times.

I enjoy working with people one on one, helping them navigate challenges in their life or through change. I was drawn to e-counselling and providing services to people where theyare because I felt that not being able to meet someone face to face shouldn’t be a barrier to accessing help.
