Hailing originally from Zimbabwe, Africa I have learnt that no matter how high the odds may be stacked against you, it is possible to rise out of adversity and attain success through hard work and determination. I remember the words of advice my father gave me as a young girl in high school when I was finding one of my classes particularly difficult one semester. Sensing my worry he said to me, "It may be difficult along way, however it is never impossible."

This statement still rings true today as it did that day and I let it serve as a daily reminder in my personal life and professional career. It may be difficult along the way, but it is never impossible.
