My name is Ruzanne. I'm an online writing professional who happens to be skilled and experienced as well in providing other virtual assistant services.

At the moment, I’m blogging stuff that hopes to teach others how to become a virtual assistant (VA). I’m right in the middle of both in the outsourcing sphere as I’ve had over eight years of working online – as a VA, doing data entry and internet research, website management, assisting in social media marketing and management, back office tasks, etc.

Of course, my passion would be writing– articles, copies, content, blogs, resources for marketing and sales campaigns. Aside from this, my other strong point as a service provider would be excellent and efficient customer service/social media management.

In sum, I am skilled and efficient at handling tasks with minimum supervision, possess positive work ethics and sharp my eye for detail, deadlines and diverse tasks.
