For more than 25 years, I have helped organizations improve performance through technical training, leadership development, and workforce learning solutions. My experience spans corporate, government, and consulting environments, where I have designed and delivered engaging learning programs that drive both individual and organizational success.

Over the past decade, I have served on instructional design and training teams supporting large-scale Integrated Eligibility and Human Services modernization projects in Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Tennessee, and New York. My work has included curriculum design, instructor-led training, virtual learning, train-the-trainer programs, job aids, performance support tools, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

While much of my recent work has focused on technical systems training, my passion remains helping people develop the skills that drive professional success. I specialize in leadership development, communication, customer service excellence, time management, workplace productivity, and professional effectiveness.

My approach combines adult learning principles with practical, real-world application. I believe training should be clear, engaging, and immediately useful. Whether facilitating a workshop, designing a curriculum, or coaching leaders, my goal is to help learners gain confidence, apply new skills, and achieve measurable results.

A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, I completed extensive undergraduate studies in Human Resources at Faulkner University and have spent my civilian career helping organizations prepare their workforce for change, growth, and improved performance.
