Learning & Leadership Consultant | Corporate Trainer | Instructional Designer

For more than 25 years, I have helped organizations and individuals turn knowledge into performance.

As a Learning & Leadership Consultant, Corporate Trainer, and Instructional Designer, I design and deliver learning experiences that help people build skills, navigate change, strengthen performance, and lead with greater confidence and effectiveness.

My experience spans corporate, government, consulting, and large-scale technology environments, giving me a unique ability to connect organizational goals with practical learning solutions. Over the past decade, I have supported major Integrated Eligibility and Human Services modernization initiatives across Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Tennessee, and New York—developing curricula, instructor-led training, virtual learning, train-the-trainer programs, job aids, performance support resources, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

But training technology is only part of what I do.

My passion is developing people.

Through VIBE Leadership, I focus on the human side of performance—helping individuals strengthen leadership, communication, professional effectiveness, decision-making, customer service, workplace productivity, and the skills needed to succeed in today's changing workplace.

My approach is grounded in adult learning principles but driven by a simple belief:

Learning should lead to action.

Whether I am facilitating a leadership workshop, designing a curriculum, preparing employees for a new system, supporting organizational change, or developing a train-the-trainer program, I create learning experiences that are clear, engaging, practical, and immediately applicable.

I bring more than two decades of leadership and learning experience, along with the perspective of a retired U.S. Air Force veteran and extensive undergraduate study in Human Resources at Faulkner University.

My philosophy is simple:

Clarity. Purpose. Creativity. Application.

Because the goal isn't simply to help people know more.

It's to help them do better.

I welcome opportunities to partner with organizations, schools, businesses, and leaders seeking meaningful training, leadership development, instructional design, and workforce learning solutions.
