Rebecca Whitsell

I was born in St. Joseph, Missouri and grew up in a small rural town. I attended k-12 at Maysville School and got my undergrad degree in Elementary Education from Missouri Western State Univeristy. I taught 3rd & 4th for the St. Joseph School District for 4 years before joining staff at Wellspring Community Church as the Director of Children's MInistry in 2012. I recently graduated from Univeristy of Missouri Kansas City with a Master's in Counseling.

I am an accletic person, with a variety of interests. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, fishing, camping, hammocking, traveling, and expereincing new things. I dabble in photography and love to craft.

When it comes to ministry, I am passionate about kids. Knowing them, loving them, teaching them, and showing them Jesus.
