Robert E. Wilson
Writer in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
I'm a writer specialising in (mainly) humorous poetry and have published two books, each with original illustrations by Northern Irish artists. Both are available on Amazon:
'The Cullybackey Counterfeiters and other Barmy Ballads from Ireland' (illustrated by my daughter, Aisling Wilson).
'A Bit of Skullduggery and other Barmy Ballads from Ireland' (illustrated by Kathryn Bannister).
I was also a contributor to 'Linen Poetry & Prose Anthology', a book produced in collaboration with the Irish linen Centre, Lisburn, which is available on Kindle. My poem 'Millie' (read in character - and costume - by my fellow-writer Geraldine Treacy) can be viewed on YouTube.
I am currently broadening my horizon and working on a number of projects, including material for younger readers.
