I am a Firefighter by trade but have loved all things food since I was a little RedHead. I started baking chocolate chip cookies in grade 4 and selling them to my grade school teachers. I became a master of making Kraft Dinner in university and worked briefly as a cook at a pub while living in London England after school. After taking a break from food I got back in the game when I became a Cheese Monger at Alex Farm in St Lawrence Market. This gave me the ability to start thinking what you could do with different foods and what types and styles of food when well together. I have dedicated the last three summers to getting the latest adventure in food off the ground with BooM! Pickles. I’m over the moon with the love and support I’ve received over my pickles and am excited to see where it will lead.
