Managing Partner at Peak Business Valuation and has over four years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Peak Business Valuation, Ryan worked at Economic Partners (F.K.A Greener Equity) where he headed the 409a and SBA valuation practice. In addition, Ryan advised on the value of equity interests for purposes including corporate planning, ownership transactions, recapitalization, mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift taxation and ESOP reporting compliance. Ryan’s role as Managing Partner is to provide valuation services to the Firm’s business intermediary clients involved with buy/sell transactions of privately-held businesses.

- Certificate of Advanced Accounting Proficiency from Santa Clara University
