After first making his mark in the Broadcasting sector in 2001, Ryan decided to shift his leadership abilities towards the childcare sector where he has been ever since. Ryan has worked with a variety of different clients including those who have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, mild to severe autism, handicapped, deaf and extremely violent conditions. After recognizing the challenges in the school-age sector, Ryan founded We Did It! School-Age Care Society, as well as the We Did It! movement. His charitable organization was established in 2009 with the intent to decrease on the amount of community youth crime, help solve malnourishment issues in schools, and to establish quality and affordable school-age care programs that take place in structured educational environments where professionals can help kids reach their full potential.
