Ryan Maloney is a seasoned operations expert, with experience in managing top revenue businesses in Toronto’s competitive marketplace. His expertise in creating strategy, implementing plans and developing top talent has been formed by his drive for results through the success of his teams. Ryan is guided by an analytical mind, always striving to confront challenges and take action. This is balanced with Ryan’s irrepressible passion for guiding others to excel through their skill development and professional growth.

Ryan honed his skills most recently in leading the business operations at Jimmy’s Coffee. There he led the restructuring of all aspects of the company leading to doubled café locations and revenues. Much of Ryan’s skill set was forged by his many years at Starbucks Coffee. As a District Manager, he managed a complex multi-unit portfolio of over 200 employees and delivered some of the highest sales in North America.

Ryan is energized by working with others, loves to build relationships and engage others on their own interests & strengths. He spends his own free time reading, exploring music and keeping active through fitness & sports.
